Who is Robinsglass?
My Name is Robin Miranda, I am a self reresenting glass artist.
I work out of my central California home studio. I am married, to a great guy who is very supportive of my art and definitely
involved in one way or another.I have 5 children ages 15-24 and 2 dogs. Besides paying with flames , I do kiln work ,and stained glass design (when time permits) Ohh.. and
occasional house work ( not well I might add).
A few years ago I became involved in hot glass . I spend
as much time as possible at the torch, but we are in the process of selling our home and moving out of state, so I occasionally
get caught up with that.
I am in love with frit..raku or organic earthy designs.as
you can see from my beads.
All my benches, glass caddy,bead elbow rests, light box and lots more were
handmade by my husband Frank, he handcrafts just about everything you see in the pics to the right. He is a professional
fabricator of metal and wood. The molds I sell on my tool page were all made by him (except for the cattwalk and zooliis tools
I also use), soon we will be adding plate stands and other tools.

Handmade Lampwork Beads by me are made in my studio with Moretti,
Murano, Double Helix , Lauscha glass and more. The glass is wound on a mandrel and goes directly
to a digitally controlled kiln, where they are annealed . All beads have been cleaned with a diamond tipped dremel and
hand polished. Bead sets you see on this site are strung on wire or leather and ready for you to use
in your jewelry design to create beautiful earrings, bracelets , necklaces or other jewelry pieces. Feel free to email
